Julie Oliver is a 2018 Democratic candidate seeking election to the U.S. House of Representatives to represent the 25th Congressional District of Texas. She is a member of the Central Health Board of Directors, and is also St. David’s HealthCare’s controller for the HCA Central and West Texas Division. Oliver has a degree in accounting from the University of Texas at Arlington and a law degree from the University of Texas at Austin’s School of Law.
