Lupe Tamez, 92, of San Marcos, TX passed away Tuesday, Aug. 7th in San Marcos. Visitation will be from 4-9 p.m., Thursday, Aug. 9th at the Thomason Funeral Home in San Marcos. Recitation of the holy Rosary will begin at 7 p.m. A mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m., Friday, Aug. 10th at St. John Catholic Church in San Marcos and interment will follow at Memory Lawn Memorial Park in Martindale, TX.
