Jesus G. Rodriguez ‘Jesse’

Jesus G. Rodriguez, also known as Jesse, passed away suddenly Tuesday Feb.19, 2019. He was born Nov. 9, 1940 in Fentress TX. And made his home in San Marcos TX. He sold insurance for many years and he is now survived by his loving wife of 58 years Dolores Y. Rodriguez, and his sons and daughters, Mr. and Mrs. Gilbert Palamores, Mr. and Mrs. Robert Rodriguez, Mr. and Mrs. Ramon Vargas, Mr. and Mrs. Ernesto Rodriguez, Mr. and Mrs. Jesse Rodriguez, Martin Rodriguez and Joseph Rodriguez. Alongside his 16 Grandkids, 15 Great Grandkids, and 3 Great Great Grandkids. As well as his brothers and sisters, Mr. and Mrs. Juan Rodriguez, Mr. and Mrs. Albert De LaRosa, Mr. and Mrs. Salvador Costilla.

Pallbearers will be Grandsons and Great Grandsons, Gilbert Palamores, Joseph Rodriguez, David Palamores, Christopher Garcia, Brandon Cervantez, Daniel Cervantez, Christian Garcia, Diego Vargas, Jesse Rodriguez, Ramon Vargas and Ian Nuñez.

Viewing will be held at Thomason funeral home at 2 p.m. Monday Feb. 25, 2019. A Rosary will follow at 7 p.m. Burial services will be held Tuesday Feb. 26 2019 at 10 a.m. at St. John’s Catholic Church, concluding the service at Memorial Lawn.

Our Mother would like to give a special thank you to her Granddaughter Victoria Nuñez and her spouse Manuel Nuñez III, and her two Great Grandson’s Brandon and Daniel Cervantez for dedicating their time and efforts in caring for our Father.

He was a loving Father, Brother, Grandfather, Uncle and Friend who will be missed dearly.
