Judge John P. Burke, Jr., 78, of San Marcos, Texas, died on July 16, 2020. A visitation was held at Thomason Funeral Home in San Marcos, Texas on Tuesday, July 21 from 4 to 8 p.m. and a funeral service is scheduled for Wednesday, July 22 at 11:30 a.m., also at Thomason Funeral Home, prior to entombment at Sunset Memorial Park in San Antonio.
