Margarita R. Saucedo

Margarita R. Saucedo (Margie), 63, of San Marcos, Texas was called by our heavenly Father to her eternal rest on July 25, 2019.  Margie was born in Fentress, Texas on January 27, 1956 to Manuel and Mauricia Saucedo.  She was preceded in death by her father, Manuel R. Saucedo; her paternal grandparents Victor (Natal) and Luz (Rocha) Saucedo; her maternal grandparents Marcelino and Anastacia Rodriguez; and her brother in law Juan Avalos.

Margie is survived by her mother Mauricia Rodriguez Saucedo of San Marcos; her sisters Janie Saucedo Guerrero and her husband Alan; Terry Saucedo Avalos both of San Marcos; two nephews, Richard Avalos and Derek Guerrero; two nieces, Cindy Avalos and Angela Saucedo Gonzales and husband Ryan. She is also survived by her great nephews Christian, Aidan, Nicholas, Andrew, and Justin.

Visitation will be at Thomason Funeral home in San Marcos, TX  from 4 p.m. – 9 p.m. on Wednesday July 31st and recitation of the holy rosary at 7 p.m. Mass of Christian burial will be at 10 a.m. Thursday August 1st at St. John’s the Evangelist Catholic Church. Burial will follow at Memory Lawn.
