Marijoye Williams-Gribble

Marijoye Williams-Gribble, 80, passed away on Sunday, September 27, 2020 in Granbury, Texas.

She was born December 28, 1939 in San Marcos, Texas to R. B. and Vera Bowden.

Marijoye loved her family and always put them first. She had her funny quotes and sayings in her southern accent and would always get her point across. She was in the banking industry for over 50 years and in her spare time she liked working crossword puzzles. Her all-time favorite actor was Tom Selleck and her favorite singer was George Strait.

Marijoye is survived by her son Robert Scott Williams and wife Nancy; daughter Carolyn Christine Williams; grandchildren, Casey Behr and husband Allen, Shawn Williams, Claudia Thomas, Wesley Williams and wife Hannah, Loni Williams, Rae Lynn Williams, Camryn Williams; 8 great-grandchildren.

She will be greatly missed.

Family will plan services at a later date.
