Miguel “Michael” Flores

Miguel “Michael” Flores, 55, a lifelong resident San Marcos, walked through the gates of Heaven on January 7, 2020. He was the son of Jerry “Toto” R. Flores and Lupe Rivas, born August 2, 1964. 

Michael enjoyed singing, listing to music and painting.

He is preceded in death by his father, maternal grandparents, Manuel and Julia Rivas and his paternal grandparents, Hermenijildo and Consuelo Flores. 

Michael is survived by his mother, Lupe Flores; his sister, Annie Marie Vezza and her husband Matthew; his special and beloved nephew, Jerimiah F. Vezza; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and other extended family and his close friends, Robert Lopez, Gilbert Flores and John Cuevas.

A visitation will be held from 3-5 p.m. on Sunday January 12, 2020 with recitation of the Holy Rosary at 5 p.m., both at Pennington Funeral Home, 323 N Comanche St, www.pfh@penningtonfuneralhome.com
