Velia Betty Rodriguez, 87, a resident of San Marcos, Texas, passed away Dec. 20, 2018. Visitation will be Sunday, Dec. 23, 2018, from 2 to 8 p.m. at Thomason Funeral Home in San Marcos, Texas.
