Obituary

Michael (Mike) Lee Pearce, 71, of San Marcos, TX died on October 13, 2021. Mike grew up living all around the United States, and even briefly Ireland, but settled in Texas in 1982 and loved it here. He worked as a deli manager, an office manager for his wife’s practice, and with computers, but also spent many years being a stay-at-home dad. He loved going out to eat, talking to friends and strangers, making puns, church, and going places. He was very handy around the house but not great at finishing projects. He had less than no interest in sports, hated ads on the television, and never wore the color blue.

Amparo Cuellar Gonzales, 87, of Kyle, Texas, died on Sunday, October 10, 2021. Services were held on Friday, October 15 at Monte Del Olivar Christian Center in Kyle, followed by interment at the Kyle City Cemetery. Arrangements were under the direction of Thomason Funeral Home. Alonso Castaneda Rodriguez, 60, of San Marcos, Texas, died on Thursday, October 7, 2021. Cremation has taken place and services will take place at a later date. Synthia Ann Ricketson (Cindi) Kelly was born November 14, 1946 to Neil Eugene Ricketson and Doris Laverne Kimbrell Ricketson in Mercedes, Texas.
