A 19-year-old was killed in a homicide that occurred at The Cottages at San Marcos apartments on Sunday.
San Marcos Police are investigating a homicide that took place Sunday at a local apartment complex.
The San Marcos Regional Animal Shelter began improvements to the facility in October that include repainting and re-proxying the kennels, aiming to further ensure a safe and healthy environment for the animals.
