Texas State Women's Basketball
Monday, November 12, 2018

After falling, 82-51, at New Mexico in the first round of the Preseason Women’s National Invitational Tournament on Friday, the Bobcats will move to the consolation portion of the bracket and will host four games this weekend.

Delaware and Montana State tip things off on Friday at 4 p.m., followed by Nicholls State versus Texas State, which takes place at 6:30 p.m. The two winners and two losers will face each other the next day. Nicholls State and its opponent will play at 4 p.m. and the Bobcats will cap off the consolation pod at 6:30 p.m. on Saturday.

All games will be held inside Strahan Arena.

"To be able to play our first game at Strahan Arena in the preseason WNIT is exciting for our Bobcat fans," head coach Zenarae Antoine said. "It is great to be able to host high quality teams in our newly-renovated University Events Center. The vision our administration had for the UEC included being able to host multi-team events that our fans would be able to enjoy. I am hoping to see a lot of our fans in the stands on Friday night to cheer on their 2018-19 women's basketball team."
