Founder of Parents of Trans Youth to speak March 2 at Dunbar Community Center

Mandy Giles, Founder of Parents of Trans Youth will lead a conversation titled, “Supporting Trans Kids: Building Safe & Inclusive Homes and Communities” at the Dunbar Community Center on Saturday March 2, at 1:30 p.m.
This event allows families, educators and allies to learn more about the heart and mind work of nurturing trans kids. In addition to Giles’ talk, attendees will be able to learn more about organizations that provide support to trans youth. The event will also feature a gender-inclusive clothing closet.
