San Marcos Academy hosts 5th Annual OctoBEARFest
OctoBEARFest 2023 started with a 5K Fun Run followed by music, food booths, games and fellowship over San Marcos Academy school grounds.
The Gary Job Corps Corrections Cadets assisted with the traffic and crowd control over the 220-acre campus. Gary Job Corps Correction/Security Cadets have assisted with numerous activities such as Austin City Limits, Curcuit of the America’s, Texas State Football Games, Q2 Soccer, LBJ Bash and Sights and Sounds of San Marcos, to names a few of the events.
San Marcos Academy (SMA) is a private, coeducational, college preparatory Christian school that is affiliated with the Baptist General Convention of Texas. It is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools and the Texas Association of Boarding Schools.
