Dr. Foy Vaughn McCasland, 97, of New Braunfels, Texas, died Tuesday, November 11, 2020. A private family graveside service will take place on November 16 at the Goldthwaite Memorial Cemetery in Goldthwaite, Texas. In lieu of flowers, his family asks that donations be made to the Humane Society in Foy’s name. Arrangements are under the direction on Thomason Funeral Home.
