Albert H. Cobb Jr. known to many as Dr. Bert Cobb, was called to rest with his wife by his side, on August 4, 2021 by our Lord and Savior, at the age of 75. Bert was born January 1, 1946 to father Albert H Cobb Sr. and mother Virginia Ruth Fowler Cobb. He is preceded in death by his parents and son Shane B Cobb.
Graduating from Texas A&M University, Class of 1968, Bert continued his education at the University of Texas Medical School at San Antonio, where he graduated in 1972 and served his residency. Upon becoming a Board-Certified physician in Ear, Nose and Throat medicine, he went on to serve our military and great country by joining the Air Force.
Dr. Albert H. Cobb started his practice in July of 1979 in San Marcos, Texas. Becoming an allergist in our area, he served and provided relief for many citizens of San Marcos and the surrounding communities for over 30 years.
