Gary Job Corps Security Academy has graduated its first Texas Department of Public Safety Level 4 cadets.
The elite program is only offered to cadets who have completed level 3 and scored a 243 or better in firearms qualification and pepper spray certifiction.
The course teaches the concepts of personal protection, dignitary protection, executive protection and celebrity protection.
