Hays County deputies arrested a "Head Start" employee accused of inappropriately touching three students.
Mark Anthony Ortega Jr. now faces several indecency with a child charges.
Deputies say it happened at Uhland Elementary School, where the program uses class space.
They arrested the 29-year-old Wednesday.
While the Head Start program is independent of Hays CISD. the district is making counselors available in Uhland.
