An arbitration hearing between the San Marcos Police Department and former Sgt. Ryan Hartman begins Monday.
Hartman, who was indefinitely suspended from the department in January, is seeking reinstatement and back pay.
The hearing will take place at the San Marcos Activity Center —501 E. Hopkins St. — beginning at 9 a.m.
