The Hays County Local Health Department reported 147 COVID-19 cases and no additional fatalities in its weekly report.
The county also reported a 61 weekly case rate per 100,000, a 8.7 daily case rate per 100,000, one weekly new hospitalizations per 100,000 in the weekly report, which includes information from April 15-20.
HCLHD reported two hospitalizations over the past seven days in its weekly report. The county considers 147 cases active. The seven-day positivity rate for Wednesday’s report was 7.23%.
