San Marcos left it all out on the floor conquering St. Michael’s in the Snake Pit on Tuesday night.
The five-set contest featured two evenly-matched teams as each set came down to the wire. It was the purple and white, however, who earned the comeback victory after being down two sets to one with a 3-2 (25-23, 20-25, 22-25, 25,-22, 15-13) win — improving to 18-12 on the season.
After taking the first set 25-23, San Marcos’ momentum took a hit. The Lady Rattlers dropped the next two sets due to miscommunication and internal mistakes.
