The Bluebonnet Lions Club will host lunch at the Charles S. Cock House Museum, located at 400 E. Hopkins Street, from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. on Friday, April 12.
The lunch will feature chicken salad (or tuna salad for those observing Lent), frozen fruit salad, tomato basil soup, butter crackers, croissants and assorted desserts including pecan pie, Texas sheet cake and a beverage, all for $8 (cash and checks accepted only). To go plates are also available for pick up.
All proceeds benefit the Heritage Association of San Marcos, an organization that supports the preservation of historic buildings and celebrates the culture and traditions that beautify and enrich the San Marcos community.
