This letter is my response to the front page article in your daily edition for Sept. 29. It regards the dispute between two county commissioners and Judge Ruben Becerra.

I was curious regarding some matters in the article. I was wondering how anyone could get access to the tax liability status with IRS of any taxpayer. This is supposedly a private and confidential matter.
