MERRY ON THE SQUAREY

Let’s get Merry on the Squarey this weekend. Sponsored by Downtown SMTX, this Holiday Trail event will happen from 2 to 6 p.m. all around the Square. Festivities start at The Bazaar, Located at 202 N. LBJ Drive, where participants can collect their map of all Merry on the Squarey activities. Get photos with Santa inside the Historic Hays County Courthouse. The Sweet Spot will have hot cocoa and photos with the Grinch. Douglas Smith Soap Co. will host a Peppermint Bath Bomb Making Class at 2 and 4 p.m. (Contact them to sign up; it’s firstcome first-served with 10 people per class). KnD’s and The San Market will have ornament making. Downtown restaurants will have holiday- themed foods and activities. If you aren’t in the holiday spirit yet, this all-day event will inspire you.
