San Marcos dropped another thrilling district game, losing to the East Central Hornets 76-74.
The Rattlers drop their overall record to 15-11 and their district record to 1-2. San Marcos sits in fifth place and are .5 games behind Buda Johnson for fourth place with the Rattlers owning the tiebreaker over the Jaguars after their win in the district opener.
San Marcos will be home Tuesday night against the Judson Rockets.
The Rockets enter the game with a 8-14 overall record and a 0-2 district record. Last Friday, Judson lost to Cibolo Steele 77-73 in overtime.
Tip-off is set for 7 p.m.
