There was an appreciation luncheon for Hector Zarate Jr. at the Factory Outlet Full Service Tire and Automotive. Zarate has been active in the community with Masonic Lodge, LULAC, Cinco de Mayo and Law Enforcement Day activities. Hays County Constable David Peterson Pct.1 volunteered to do the cooking and donated the food.
