Cenikor, a leading nonprofit behavioral health and substance use disorder treatment network, is thrilled to announce the third annual “Healing Hearts” Recovery Exhibition presented with the San Marcos Art League. The exhibition provides a platform for artists to share their recovery stories, foster community engagement and combat the stigma surrounding mental health and substance use disorder.
The “Healing Hearts” exhibition underscores the transformative power of art as a tool for personal expression and healing. Through a diverse collection of artworks, artists will convey their journeys of recovery and resilience, creating a safe, inclusive space for dialogue and understanding. The exhibition will be at the San Marcos Art Center, located at 117 Guadalupe Street, throughout February, and the opening reception will be held Feb. 7 from 6 to 8 p.m.
