HAYS COUNTY SHERIFF
A pedestrian was struck by a vehicle in Kyle while walking on Windy Hill Road near the intersection with Dacy Lane at approximately 1:30 p.m. on Feb. 7, according to information provided by the Hays County Sheriff’s Department. The vehicle left the scene of the crash and headed toward IH-35 prior to law enforcement arrival. Video obtained from a local business led to the development of a possible suspect vehicle, which appears to be a white pickup upfitted with a tool box. The suspect vehicle’s passenger side mirror was damaged during the incident.
