A confirmed member of the Mexican Mafia was sentenced by Hays County District Judge Joe Pool to probation for the stabbing of a Seguin man following a hearing on Thursday, Feb. 20.
Christopher Eliseo Flores Jr. was sentenced to ten years Deferred Adjudication Community Supervision in a punishment hearing after pleading No Contest to an Assault with a Deadly Weapon charge in relation to a Sept. 19, 2021, incident.
Flores is also required to serve 180 days in county jail and three months in an in-patient rehabilitation facility before he can serve the term of his probation.
