SAN MARCOS CITY COUNCIL
A new residential development on the east side of San Marcos gained approval from the San Marcos City Council to increase the cut and fill allowed during construction while also raising the standards of stormwater treatment.
Residents near the proposed neighborhood are already concerned about flooding, but city officials argued that the new amendment addressed those concerns more than the agreement that is already in place.
