SMCISD Board of Trustees calls two special meetings

The SMCISD Board of Trustees will hold two special meetings this week.

The board will meet on Monday, where it will discuss the proposed tax rate and budget for 2019-2020. It will consider approving the budget and an easement with the City of San Marcos. Approval of the budget is the lone item up for discussion at Thursday’s meeting.

Both special meetings will be held at San Marcos High School, 2601 Rattler Rd., inside the Criminal Justice Classroom.
