The Marvelous Miller Middle School’s Theater Department will present Disney’s “Frozen Jr.” on Friday, May 9 at 7 p.m. and on Saturday, May 10 at 2 p.m. in the Miller Middle School cafeteria.
Directed by theater director Mitchell Oden and choreographed by Lauren Macanary with musical direction by Gustavo Vazquez-Rivera, this spring production will feature performances by Miller Middle School students who have been working hard all spring to bring this musical to the stage.
“It’s shaping up to be something really special, ” Oden said. “Not only because of the incredible student talent involved, but also because it’s one of our biggest shows yet in terms of scope, design and community involvement. We’ve had a tremendous amount of donations for our silent auction and many local businesses have sponsored us.”
Tickets for “Frozen Jr.” are $5 for SMCISD students and staff and $10 for general admission and are available at tinyurl. com/2u6x85j8.
