Through our Advocacy Alert feature on the Chamber website (under “Business Resources”), local businesses and organizations can share concerns or raise issues affecting their industries. From there, we engage in discussion with city and county leaders, consult with our Government Relations Committee and review all sides of the issue. Only then do we bring the matter to our Chamber Board of Directors to determine whether a consensus exists. If it does, that is when we move forward to advocate and put our organization’s resources behind the issue.
