LOCAL EVENTS
Vibrant Visions: Mental Health and Wellness Fest 2025 was a community event to bring education, awareness and resources related to youth and young adult mental health.
The event featured a keynote discussion by Cenikor Foundation Project Aim, a Youth Art Exhibit, a resource fair and a screening of Hope in Hays. There were free t-shirts for the first 75 participants.

Greater San Marcos Youth Council was present and is located in the building in which it occurred. Their mission is “to provide shelter to maltreated children and support services to families,” according to the website. Pictured are Felicia Zuniga and Vianney Perez. Vibrant Visions occurred through a collaboration between the SMTX Mental Health Coalition, the Core Four Partnership — city of San Marcos, Hays County, San Marcos CISD and Texas State University — Community Action, Inc. of Central Texas and various community partners.
