HAYS COUNTY DISTRICT COURT

Hays County District Attorney Kelly Higgins announced today that 30-year-old Breana Nicole Smith was sentenced by Hays County District Judge Sherri K. Tibbe to 20 years in prison for possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine. Smith was found guilty by a Hays County jury on March 13 and elected to have her punishment assessed by the judge.

“Hays County will not tolerate violent offenders selling drugs in our community,” Hays County District Attorney Higgins said.
