Texas State has finalized the 2025 schedule as the Bobcats will look to defend their crown this season and make their third consecutive trip back to the NCAA Tournament.
The Bobcats will open the season on the road at the UTSA Tournament where Texas State will play both the rival Roadrunners and former conference rival Stephen F. Austin.
Texas State will then make the long trip south to the Rio Grande Valley for the Southwest Showdown where the Bobcats will meet UTRGV, UTEP and Texas A&M Corpus Christi.
After playing a month on the road last season, the Bobcats will play their first home games in September as part of the Texas State Tournament.
The first home game of the season will take Thursday Sep. 11 as the Bobcats will host the Arizona State Sun Devils. The next day, which is on Friday, Texas State will battle Tulsa before wrapping up the tournament play on Saturday against Incarnate Word.
The Bobcats will then make the long trip to California for arguably their toughest tournament of the season at the Stanford Tournament where Texas State will play host Stanford, UCLA and Hawaii.
Texas State will open up Sun Belt conference play at home against Louisiana in a double-header Friday and Saturday before traveling to Troy the next weekend.
The Bobcats then return home against South Alabama before going back on the road to Arkansas State.
Texas State will then be back home against Louisiana Monroe before returning on the road to Southern Miss.
The Bobcats will play their final home games of the season against Coastal Carolina before wrapping up the regular season on the road against James Madison.
Texas State will enter the Sun Belt Volleyball Conference Tournament as the defending champion and is looking to win their second straight championship and secure the auto-bid.
