SMPD respond to family violence and terroristic threat

The San Marcos Police Department posted on their Facebook page about a family violence assault and terroristic threat case that was occurring in the early morning hours of June 3 on Uhland and Mill Streets. Arthur Limon Jr., 41, was booked in the Hays County Jail early Tuesday. The victims were recovered safely from the situation by 12:35 a.m.

The original victim was recovered by 12:27 a.m., but the suspect was armed and refused to come out with a teenager still in the residence at that time.

No one was injured. SMPD had a specialized team on scene and was using drones in the area.
