P. Terry’s Burger Stand is proud to announce its upcoming Giving Back Day, a quarterly tradition in which 100% of profits from all stands are donated to local non-profit organizations making a difference in our communities. This quarter’s Giving Back Day will take place on Saturday, June 7th, with proceeds from each market supporting a different regional partner.
In San Antonio, P. Terry’s profits will benefit CAMP (Children’s Association for Maximum Potential), which provides year-round recreational programs for children and adults with mild to severe disabilities. In Houston, funds will support the Houston Area Women’s Center (HAWC), offering critical services to survivors of domestic and sexual violence. In Austin, donations will go to the Council on At-Risk Youth (CARY), which works to prevent youth violence and guide students toward success through school-based intervention programs.
Patrick Terry, co-founder and CEO of P. Terry’s, said, “Giving Back Day is one of the most meaningful things we do as a company. Every burger flipped, every fry served - it all adds up to real support for organizations doing vital work in our neighborhoods. This isn’t about charity from a distance. It’s about showing up for the people and causes that matter, right where we live and work.”
Since launching the Giving Back Day program in 2006, P. Terry’s has donated nearly $2 million to non-profit organizations throughout Texas. The initiative reflects the brand’s long-standing belief that success is best shared - especially with those working to lift others up.
Terry continued, “We are deeply grateful to our customers, whose support makes days like this possible. Every visit on June 7th will help fund recreational programs for individuals with disabilities, emergency shelter for survivors, and life-changing interventions for youth. That’s a pretty good reason to grab a burger.”
Giving Back Day will be observed at all P. Terry’s locations in Austin, San Antonio, and Houston during regular business hours on Saturday, June 7, 2025.
