SAN MARCOS POLICE DEPARTMENT
San Marcos Police Department responded to a fatal auto-pedestrian accident at Old Bastrop Highway and SH 123 in the early morning hours of June 6.
“The driver remained on scene and is cooperating with the investigation,” San Marcos Police Department stated in a Facebook post.
SMPD closed the highway for several hours, but it was open for use by 9:40 a.m.
