The Juneteenth Foundation held its annual Fish Fry Friday and was serving up its delectable fried fish, hush puppies, beans and coleslaw for only $10. The group will hold several upcoming events to celebrate Juneteenth. On Thursday, June 19, from 8 to 9 a.m. there will be the Juneteenth parade and unity walk. The Rose Brooks Cake Auction will be June 19 at 4 p.m. On Saturday, June 21 from 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. will be the Juneteenth BBQ Cookoff and Charity Fundraiser.
