LOCAL EVENTS
The Salvation Army had its annual Donut Day in which it provided donuts to first responders to thank them for their hard work keeping communities safe. The Salvation Army San Marcos partnered with H-E-B on Thorpe Lane and Hopkins Street. H-E-B donated 20 dozen of the donuts that were passed out. Salvation Army delivered to Kyle, Buda, Dripping Springs, Wimberley and San Marcos and delivered a total of 35 dozen donuts to area first responders. Salvation Army Board Members, staff and volunteers participated in the distribution.
