Ribbon cuttings held for two new restaurants

The San Marcos Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting for Ginger Sushi & Poke Shop, located at 212 N. LBJ. Ginger Sushi and Poke Shop is a quick service restaurant specializing in not only traditional sushi, but also new inventive sushi-style items such as sushi tacos, sushi burritos and sushi pizza.
