SAN MARCOS ROTARY CLUB
The San Marcos Rotary Club hosted the August Cottage Kitchen luncheon on Thursday, Aug. 7 at the Charles S. Cock House Museum. A San Marcos tradition, the Cottage Kitchen luncheons are hosted by community organizations in order to raise money to benefit Heritage Society of San Marcos programs.
The August luncheon featured Rogelio’s enchiladas, crispy beef tacos, beans and rice, as well as homemade desserts. In the fall, Cottage Kitchen luncheons will be held on the first Thursday of each month in September, October and November from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Plates are $10 each.
