Each month, The Hays County Sheriff’s Office will share important updates, safety tips, upcoming events and ways to get involved in the community in its monthly newsletter.
Miranda Allman, Hays County Sheriff’s Office multimedia specialist, will be responsible for the newsletter.
“While I manage our social media platforms, I can’t take all the credit for this new initiative,” Allman said. “The idea for the Monthly Newsletter came about during a meeting between Mrs. Hipolito (Sheriff Anthony Hipolito’s wife) and myself, where we discussed new ways to better connect with our community and provide updates directly from the Sheriff’s Office.”
The newsletter will include a variety of features such as: -A warm welcome to the office’s new hires -A three-month calendar of upcoming events for early public notice -“Sheriff’s Corner” – a space for Sheriff Hipolito to share announcements -Available positions -Employee highlights -And much more The Sheriff’s Office is looking forward to using this platform to keep the community informed and engaged.
