San Marcos Premium Outlets have announced the addition of three new businesses opening soon: beauty product retailer Sephora (2026), leather clothing store Cuadra (fall of 2025), and Racing Miami (fall of 2025), which sells official Formula One team and driver merchandise.
The beauty retailer Sephora is known for its selection of makeup, skincare and haircare products, in addition to fragrances. They will carry popular brands like Fenty Beauty by Rihanna, Drunk Elephant and Tatcha. Their store will be located near Coach.
Cuadra specializes in original luxury clothing crafted from exotic leather. Cuadra’s products blend innovative design and technology with the influence of traditional handcrafts. Their store will be located next to Starbucks.
Racing Miami offers F1 official team and drivers’ merchandise, including brands such as Mercedes-AMG Petronas F1, Red Bull Racing, Scuderia Farrari, Mclaren F1 and more. Śeir store will be located next to Dooney & Bourke.
Ice cream shop Velma & Ruby’s Sweet and Sassy Ice Cream is now open in the food court. Familyowned, Velma & Ruby’s uses old-fashioned recipes passed down through two generations. Their sundae recipes include the Cupcake Sundae, Banana Split Sundae, Brownie Sundae and Gummy Worm Sundae.
The Starbucks next to Pottery Barn is now open as well, in addition to their nearby location just off of the southbound I35 frontage road, at the corner of Gregsons Bend and Center Point Road.
