Diego Alejandro Tijerina, 18, of Buda, and two juvenile suspects were arrested on Sept. 20 in connection with a shooting which occurred on June 29 in the 700 block of Hometown Parkway in Kyle.
The incident happened during a planned meetup, according to the Kyle Police Department. The juvenile victim was transported to a nearby hospital, treated for their injuries and later released.
Following an investigation, Tijerina and the two juvenile suspects face charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, deadly conduct and engaging in organized criminal activity.
