St. David’s School of Nursing ranked second in Texas

The St. David’s School of Nursing at Texas State University Round Rock has been named the No. 2 nursing program in the state by RegisteredNursing. org.

The rankings at RegisteredNursing. org, considered to be the definitive rankings of the Best Nursing Schools in Texas, focus exclusively on National Council Licensure Examination pass rates to help prospective nursing students make informed educational choices. These comprehensive rankings provide critical insights into program performance, enabling students to identify top-tier nursing schools based on their ability to prepare graduates for the NCLEX licensing examination.

RegisteredNursing.org wrote the St. David’s School of Nursing was “distinguished by its remarkable 100% NCLEX pass rate across multiple years,” contributing to TXST’s overall ranking. Other factors cited in TXST’s favor were online Registered Nurse to Bachelor of Science in Nursing options, the requirement of a competitive Test of Essential Academic Skills (TEAS) exam for admission and handson clinical experience.
