These meetings are part of the study and will help identify community priorities related to San Marcos Police Department staffing and service levels. The meeting will take place at 10 a.m. in meeting room A/B.
SMPD personnel and city staff have completed initial interviews with Matrix Consulting Group and are now beginning broader outreach. Community participation will help shape next steps and ensure the study reflects local expectations around public safety.
