The Rattlers wrapped up their 2025 season on the road as San Marcos fell to state-ranked New Braunfels Canyon 3-0.
It was a tough season for San Marcos, who finished the season with a 6-16 overall record as the Rattlers transitioned under first year Head Coach Ryann Torres.
Some of the highlights of the season include the Rattlers taking second place in the silver bracket of the Corpus Christi Spikefest.
The Rattlers won their first district game of the season against Judson on the road. After falling to the Rockets in a five-set thriller, the Rattlers got their revenge, beating Judson 3-2 to capture the elusive district win and snap a 11-game losing streak.
The Rattlers will look to learn from the lumps they took during the season in the hopes of racking up more wins next year and a chance to get back into the playoffs.
