It’s a full weekend of fun at one of my favorite coffee houses in town. If you haven’t been to Wake the Dead yet this weekend is the perfect chance to do so!
Start off your Friday with their weekly Free Range Farmer’s Market where you can find fresh baked bread, produce, art, plants and more, all from local farmers and creators. From 4 to 5 p.m. take the Sewing 101 class hosted in the stage room. After stitching it up take in some love music at 7 p.m. with Marnlin, Echosociety and lame.
Saturday is just as busy at the coffee house with an art reception from 2 to 4 p.m. featuring the monthly artists Sydney Tran and Madeline Burdick. At 5 p.m. is the Abracadavor Market where one can find mystical treasures followed by a live comedy show at 7 p.m.
Find your way back Sunday for tunes on the patio by Chief and TheDoomsDayDevice from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and end the day with a Cursed Movie Nights screening of Thankskilling 3.
