SAN MARCOS SCHOOL BOARD
At the Nov. 17 regularly scheduled school board meeting, Deputy Superintendent Terrence Sanders announced the new Director of Special Education as Bonita Teasley, Ph.D. ”Special education is my passion, I’ve been in education for almost 25 years and 15 of those have been special education administration. I believe as educators, we have to remove barriers for our students so they can succeed,” Teasley said.
Teasley comes from Round Rock ISD where she was the Director of Special Education.
Sanders made a point to thank the current special education administration for their hard work during the staff transitions.
